Cute mini dress new with tags from Target’s Wild Fable line. Never worn! Has an elastic waist, size large and fits true to size. Shorter mini dress fit, I’m 5’7” for references. Has smocked sleeves with a tie that can be tied in bow or left as is. Super cute!
