NWT Winter Kate Victoire Silk Chiffon Dress XS

Gorgeous, flowy silk chiffon halter dress by Nicole Richie’s Winter Kate. Absolutely stunning with beautiful beaded top. Works all year long! Does have some pulls (very barely noticeable) and some holes in the fabric (see photos). The holes are in the front towards the bottom but are hidden when worn due to the flowy nature of the dress. This dress is amazing! Stored in a smoke free, pet free environment.
