NWT Women's Poly USA Neblon Blue 2XL Prom Dress

Blue plus size dress with tons of sparkly-type accents that makes for a really cute prom dress for a teenager. This dress was actually purchased 2-3 years ago for my sister's hs junior prom. She couldn't decide on a dress & bought 2 at the same time, then opted for the other dress. Thus, this dress is brand new, with tags and has not been worn yet. There may be very minor discolorations (none that I see though) that could be the result of storage, but a quick dry clean visit will do the trick.
