NWT. You can dress it up, wear it over a tank top or go more casual since there is a hood. But it’s nicer than a hoodie. I am the original owner. I would guess it’s made from poly and some spandex. It’s nice thick and heavier than cotton. I’m purging my closet so look around. Lots of clothes I’ve never worn.
