Navy Blouse w/ Amazing Cutout Back

The star of this blouse is the back, but the overall fit is really nice. I've actually worn this to work -- it's still very conservative. The front is so nice and flattering too. Good for people with some chest but still fits nice either way. Juniors size L. I would say it would fit size 6-12.
