Very cute and comfortable Navy blue shorts with zip/button front and elastic waist. Pockets in front and back with seaming detail. These are a lightweight cotton. The waist is 22 across, the legs are 15in across. Although they are button front, they do have some elastic in the waist for comfort and fit.
