No worries! Let me give you a run down! There are 2 ways to trade. 1) you each set your item price to $0 and buy it from each other. You will have to pay $6.99 for shipping. Then you get an email with a shipping label. All you do is print and tape it to your package and take it to the post office. This is best when you are shipping heavy items like shoes or large handbags that weigh over 2 pounds. The other option is 2) you each package and label and ship your items yourself at the post office. Meaning you would package this shirt and pay for the postage yourself at the post office. This works best for small items like makeup or earrings because it's cheaper then $6.99 to ship even with tracking.

For our case a ring and a shirt are going to be like $3-4 bucks to ship and that's cheaper then $6.99 so I would like to ship via the post office.
