Navy & White striped dress

This dress is super soft, almost velvet-like. It has a knot/ruched portion in the front, with a small slit just below the knot. It is a Youth XL (16) but it may fit an adult XS/S. I am 5’2 and it was a bit short for my liking. Worn a few times, so stains or damage. Size Youth XL / 16.
