Navy Winter Formal Dress (As U Wish)

Navy blue chiffon dress with silver accents. The underskirt comes down halfway underneath the full-length chiffon skirt. Size 5, I normally wear a Size 8, but this still comfortably fits. Measures 16” from top of shoulder to waist. Measures 42” long for the skirt. Worn once to a winter wedding. Few minor stains on the chiffon, should come out with a quick hand wash. Asking $15 obo
