Navy blouse

When life gives you lemons... this flowy pleated lemon print blouse works great under a grey suit or cardigan. Tie it at the neck or leave the ribbons loose. Buttons up all the way in the middle as well but you can’t tell because they are hidden. Sheer. I feel like this would look great with a cardigan and belt too but haven’t tried it.
