Navy blue evening dress, mother of the bride

This is a size 10 petite navy blue evening dress. The fabric has stretch so you could potentially wear it as a size 12 with it having a more fitted look. The dress itself is sleeveless with a navy blue sheer cover at the top with cold shoulder sleeves. The left side of the dress has a slit going up to the knee shown in pictures.
