Navy lace cap sleeve mini-dress XS

Stretchy lace over a matching lining. Thick textured lace looks much more expensive but it’s still feels lightweight and cool. Tag size XS but fit a size 4. Mid-thigh with swishy hem, shoes a lot of leg. Worn only twice. Worn on The Carmichael Show. 92% nylon 8% spandex with 100% polyester lining
