Navy silk dress good for all seasons

I've only worn this dress one or two times. It looks great with tights and worn in winter but is light enough that you can wear it in other seasons too. I'm 5'5" and his hits me slightly above my knees. Not form fitting by the tie creates a slimming look. 100% silk.
