Short sleeve hi-lo top is solid navy and soft and stretchy on front side. Back side and a front pocket are sheer navy and white stripes with red anchors (not stretchy but silky). Size Medium. Pit-to-pit 19". Front length 21". Back length 31". Front and back are of a different feel, but label reads 95% Rayon 5% Spandex.
