Negative posh experience

Has anyone else had this happen to them before? I try my best to take good care of my products and I am truthful about what I’m selling. This one person opened a case on me because the hat I sent them looked different in her lighting than in mine. It was a good brand and I bought it from a Rangers game but never wore it.! I am so disappointed because they took my money and won the case. There wasn’t anything wrong with it and the person said it was stained and a jewel was missing.. makes me mad
