Neon dress from Milly of New York, size 4. This dress would be perfect for an 80s party or when you want to stand out. Neon paneling, black trim, reflective panel at front. Black canvas waistband. Fully lined. Two way zip fastening through back. Dress does have two markings on the reflective mesh on the back (see pictures).
