nanguerraz @poshaholic1984 Thanks for replying. I had my first bad experience with a customer. I sold her 2 t shirts and she asked me if one was sheer.I said no so she bought them. Then when she got them she was so upset. Said that is was see through but really it wasn't. she contacted Posh and they are going to send it back. She was really not nice. I felt terrible. I told her that I had worn the shirt with a white bra and was fine. She was over the top for an inexpensive purchase.

poshaholic1984 @nanguerraz wow I'm really sorry to hear that. Posh usually is very strict about cases (returns) unless the item is not as described or damaged and pics need to be provided. Usually unless you agree on a return and talk to the seller under the case comments they make the decision. Did you tell her to send it back? I've had a few issues myself and believe me it happens.

poshaholic1984 @nanguerraz I sent a skirt out that I thought was green and so did everyone else I knew but her and her husband said it was gray and already had it in gray. I just told her to keep it and refunded her because I didn't make much money off of it anyway. She ended up writing a really nice letter under my comments in my about me. I've had a few cases though. Remember don't be discouraged. I hate it but something every blue moon will not affect your sales or poshmark status

nanguerraz @poshaholic1984 Thank you. She said she us sending it back which do was fine with. Posh emailed me that they approved the return and to let them know if anything is wrong with the order when I get it back. They said to keep in mind the description when I list. She was just over the top about it. I told her it is perception. So I think I am ok with Posh since I have a 4.9 rating and just made Ambassador. It is a bit slow but I was glad that I was able to make Ambassador in 6 months.
