@charlymorgan hi there! I am 5'4" and 195lbs, normally wear a size 10/12. I am big chested at 36DDD with broader shoulders. It fits me fine, but the shoulders and chest area seemed too tight especially when I tried to wear a sweater underneath. The size 12 I bought is bigger all over on me, but felt more comfortable across the shoulders and chest. So, yes, I would say the size 10 is true to size. I hope that helps you!
