New! Thousand Island Tie Dyed Tie Top

Beautiful, OOAK and versatile piece from Thousand Island. I purchased this from Moon and Arrow last summer, but aside from a brief try on (over a long sleeve shirt) I still haven't worn it. (Sorry, I removed the tags because I planned to keep it.) It would be a fun piece to wear alone, over a sundress, or even during the winter over a long sleeve shirt. The top has been stored in a garment bag. I'm doing a major pare down of my wardrobe and this top deserves to be worn. Thanks for looking! And happy to answer any questions!
