New navy/tan Chevron print size small shift dress!

Never worn, new navy and light tan chevron print shift dress. Size small. It did not come with tags. Stretchy material. Only selling because it is too short for me. It is about 29-30 inches long from top back to bottom back. Does NOT come with a belt. Can we worn with or without a belt and with flats or heels. This is a fun dress to change up with different jewelry, belts, or shoes. No returns.
