Gorgeous Nine West sleeveless dress covered in the Japanese seigaiha wave pattern. Black and white, with a black band and two gold stripes near the bottom hem. V-shaped neckline with a V-shaped open back. Hidden zipper down the back. High-quality dress with a nice weight to it, and fully lined. Very flattering on.
