Bought from Nordstrom. Mimi Chica brand. Size Small. Black with cute, red, green and white pattern. Almost looks like little fans. The fit is comfy with an elastic waistband in the back. Has 2 flowy layers that look darling when worn. The 4 buttons on the front give it some extra detail. Approximate measurements: Waist flat across~ 14” Length from top to bottom~ 14”
