@sandy_dorsey hello, I would say yes it is.
I was a size 14/16 wearing a 40D bra and it zipped up fine when I tried it on. It was however on the tight side.
I’m not home this weekend and I can try it on again to compare. I’m now a size 12/14 wearing a 38C/D.
I’m reselling because where I live, I don’t need a jacket like this. I had only bought it for a trip in Co. and didn’t end up wearing it.
