c_bellz I did @bella4 and it was a birthday gift for my daughter to boot 😢 I messaged her the second we realized this about the sweater and now I'm looking for a seamstress local to fix it. The seller I bought it from says she will reimburse me the cost of the seamstress but I had to message posh to find out how she can give me a partial refund. No answer yet from posh........ Any ideas @bella4? Hope you have an amazing day love!! Talk soon ☺️

bella4 @c_bellz the only way she can reimburse u is to send the money to you in the mail. I would simply return it and request a refund. You have every right to. I'm so sorry this happened.

c_bellz I asked jess about doing that but she loves the sweater. She was really looking forward to getting it. The seamstresses I contacted yesterday told me it would cost around $20-$25 to fix it so that's what I'm hoping to do @bella4 if the seller doesn't honor the agreement we made then I'll pay to have it fixed myself. I was trying to find someone cheaper to do the work as it's just a small fix on the side of the pocket but it looks like that is the going rate for around here. I'm going to message the lady I bought it from today after I call the last seamstress this morning and hopefully she will still honor the deal. I may just ask her to mail me a check or money order as I've already given her 5 stars and paid for my items. I don't want to involve posh as I don't feel this was intentional. Thanks for looking out hun 😘
