Off Shoulder Black Tiered Maxi with Lace Sleeve

This dress is absolutely GORGEOUS! I bought it for an event and ended up choosing another dress to wear. It is new with tags. It is excellent quality—thick, layered material, tiered bottom, cinched waist, and beautiful lace sleeve detail. City Chic brand from Nordstrom Rack, listed as size small, but fits size 14-20 in my opinion. Can be worn on or off shoulder, dressed up or down. Has Free People vibes in my opinion! Bought for $120.
