Off-Shoulder Maxi Dress Romper. This dress/romper is so pretty and PERFECT for an outside wedding, engagement pictures, etc. New without tags. Purchased from local boutique. Beautiful olive green with “Swiss dot” detailing throughout. Off-shoulder but has OPTIONAL straps that tie to hold top up. Size small but fits like medium. Hem hits around ankle length for me (5’7) so works with flats or heels! SHORTS underneath and skirt overtop, front slit up to waistline.
