Off Shoulder Top

NWOT, never worn it. Lightweight crepe fabric, very soft and flowy. Adjustable straps, size small. The fabric of the shirt has some stretch to it but the border that goes around the shoulders does not! Please refer to the measurements, 21" across the top, pit to pit is 18", top to bottom is about 18.5" the back is about an inch longer than the front. Purchased at a local boutique.
