I searched for the last 2 years for these boots. I took a chance on the size 9, but alas they are too big. Heartbroken! I wore them once to work on carpeted surfaces and received tons of compliments from both women and men. You will love these, no doubt. They are very comfortable, just too big for me.

@rvnch Apologies for the late response! Yes, they are true to size. I don't have high arches so I'm not able to speak to that. If you have high arches, inserts might be a good fix.
