This vintage salt cellar made almost exclusively for tourists includes the original spoon. You don't know how lucky you are, boy. Back in the USSR is where this was made in 1965. (Yeah, I've thoroughly narrowed the crowd with that reference.)
Both pieces are marked I-OMMET which is neither a company nor material. I-O is "jeweler", M is for the manufacturer Mstera, and MET indicates that it is not a precious metal. The number in front of that mark is 5, indicating the manufacture year was 1965. Cool stuff with lots of history and myth lies down that rabbit hole.
