I’m wearing a small in the photo/videos. It does NOT come with undergarment. As you can see there are strings hanging off my feet and hands so there was still room to adjust. You slip your legs in first like any one piece. There’s a zipper on the legs if you want to avoid the leg hassle and a zipper in the back. Literally every part of this fit is adjustable!🥰
