This was made especially for my body at the time. I was at my smallest but nothing was fitting right. So it is basically a size 28/30 or somewhere in between with a smaller chest ( think 48B) area and pleats that make room for the hips and butt. It is not perfect but it’s really pretty! It was maxi length and it does not stretch - but - if you’re a 28 you will have plenty of room. I was wearing Avenue 30 at the time - just very loose fitting.
