Oscar De La Renta tweed midi skirt size xs/s

Nice Oscar De La Renta skirt. No size or content tags. I got it in a thrift store in NYC and I’m wondering if it is a sample. Feels like lighter weight wool tweed/silk lining. I like the color—sort of a neutral mustard-y tan. See measurements in photos—will fit approximately a size 2.
