Does this size 4 run small as other &other story dresses do? Would you kindly provide measurements: shoulder bust waist and sleeve length. Ty!

@nerak1001 it is definitely not small (and for the running small thing if it’s 4/36 then it’s like a regular 4; if it’s 4/34 then it’s like a size 2-has been my experience with the brand). This dress is super billowy (like without the sash it could be maternity wear)the sash around the waist gives the shape.
