emkeesee @scraig9647 I would highly recommend purchasing a sizing kit off here. I wear a 4.5/5 on my ring finger- but on my index finger I could have worn a 7 or 8 oura ring but I chose the 8 so that in case my finger swelled overnight or while I was working out.
