Is this short or Long is it thinner or thicker and is it true to size

@mistileigh489 it goes to my knees I'm 5'3 I'm a large and I thought it would be a bit bigger to fit but it didn't fit as well in the arms I have thicker arms and I couldn't wear it because of that. it's not very thick which I thought was perfect I didn't want a big bulky one.
