Absolutely Stunning Prada Silk Skirt! This is like new condition, never worn. it has two layers and is black with brown ribbon stripes. BEAUTIFUL!!. Note in the pictures, there may have been a ribbon between the two layers of grommets, but is not there now. I'm not sure there ever was a ribbon there, but it gives you the option of adding one to add more color to this stunning piece.
