Papillon Blanc (M) Burn Out Top (black/gold)

This top has been a favorite ‘go to’ for me…you know, when you can’t decide what to wear because nothing looks right? It has a nylon trim at the neckline and velvet-like burnout fabric that flirts with the light to give off hues of gold and silver! This is not a top to tuck in, it sits just a smidge below your waist (no tummy showing, tho)!
