Parisian short sleeve blouse - red and white with polka dot and flower pattern.

LOVE this shirt but is a tad small on me. bought for about $60 in a boutique in Lyon, France. blouse is button up, with adorable camel buttons. Well made in a Rayon material. Includes very feminine flutter sleeves. Looks great tucked into wide legged jeans!
