Park Lane Necklace and Earrings Set NWOT

I purchased this set at a symphony auction. It was stunning and just stood out from the crowd. Turns out its a little too fancy for me, and I've never found the right excuse to wear. This set is a beautiful royal/navy blue with (I assume) faux sapphires and iridescent accent stones. The collar style necklace is on a ribbon making it fully adjustable and a fun accent piece.
