benazirshaik853 Hi The bag has some scratches even though you only used it twice. Is the material not good? Asking because I have two small children and I suspect more wear and tear. Thanks

mpr4133 @benazirshaik853 it is not a smooth leather. It’s a more “worn” look and easier to scratch. If you read the reviews on the website, other people will note the same thing. With that being said, as a mom myself, I wouldn’t use this as a diaper bag. I would look for something easier to keep clean.
