sandraslaterbac I got this item.I opened the packaging and it appears that this has never been opened or it’s been used in some way.I took a good look and one pan was completely empty. I couldn’t seven see ANY of it remaining in the pan. It’s 2nd frame m the right 2nd row going down. It now appears to be a soft brick red/dark pink matte. I learned this by looking around my bed where I opened it. It is All over sheets and new fur throw. Thought you would want to know.

sandraslaterbac I took pictures of the entire mess and empty (it came out whole) … How it actually has to fall out and I did not notice until hours later when I had time to check it out.

prettyposhdeals @sandraslaterbac There was absolutely nothing wrong with the product when shipped. There was no missing shades at all. It had never been used.

prettyposhdeals @sandraslaterbac I’m sorry that that happened. It’s happened to me when buying on a number of occasions, but I assure you that when the item was shipped, I double check all of my items for quality and try to package as carefully as I can. I encased the whole product in bubble wrap with tape, and even added extra padding to the box so I’m not sure what happened.
