Reversible Patagonia jacket - high-pile fleece on one side. We loved this jacket - super cute and cozy! Since it is reversible I removed the tags - I believe this is 4T. My son (average size) wore it at age 4 & 5. I’ve included a photo of him wearing it at age 4. It has mild wearing of the fleece at the bottom hem as seen in the photo. Other than just normal wear of high-pile fleece it is in great condition.
