@minamomo143 Sorry for the delay! I don't know what year it was made (I'm not the first owner and don't see a date anywhere) but it seems older to me, like maybe 90's or early 2000's. It's still mostly water proof. When I splash water on it the water mostly beads and rolls off, though if I leave it the water will leave a dark mark.
