Nicknamed "The Green Vinyl", this is the first solo EP from Patrick Stump. I don't know exactly how many of these were printed but I know very few were ever made, and that they're fairly difficult to find. I purchased this directly from his website somewhere around 2014. It is not in perfect condition, as there are some snags and bends in the cover as pictured. However, the record itself appears to be in perfect condition. I don't remember ever playing it, I bought it purely as a collector's item. It will come to you in a collector's frame!
