Perceptions NY Autumn Floral Tiered Sleeve Dress. Like-new condition, bought last year, only worn once. Pretty Fall floral pattern on black background. Sleeves are tiered in 2 patterns (see photo) and hem has extra layer in second pattern, too. Over the head for simple wear. Belt loops for tie. Medium weight, size small but a little roomy. Shoulder to hem measures apx 46". 95% polyester, 5% spandex, machine wash.
