Peter Thomas Roth Eye cream

Lot of 2 Peter Thomas Roth Firming eye creams. I bought these as a bundle and I tried one of them only once. One is unopened and still has the original seal and the applicator brush. I used the brush in the one I opened and tried, I can include it if it's wanted. I could feel this definitely firm but cannot figure out how to apply makeup over it. Honestly I probably won't reach for it or try playing around with it. This is pretty popular so I know someone will appreciate it.
