Petite Silk Flower Dress From Thailand

Beautiful silk dress fully lined. This dress was made in Thailand. The flowers are simply beautiful on the black silk. I cut the straps to tie around neck but can be seen back. Zipper in back. I’ve never worn it. Fits a 0 to 2. Nice for a spring or summer wedding or dressy event.
