justincasebtq @mschwabie medium is 14in waist, 22.5 in hip, front length 32 in, back length 40.5. The back waistband is stretch.

mschwabie @justincasebtq ok I'm not sure what you mean with waist vs hip, I measured the very top of my skirt and it's 15/16in....not sure what size I need

justincasebtq @mschwabie I just noticed the response I wrote didn't go through! User error no doubt. I am sorry! The waist stretches so you would be fine in the waist with a medium. Do you know your hip size? It is a flowing/forgiving skirt but just want to make sure you have enough room in the hip area. This is one of my favorite skirts. I love wearing it.
