gramielili @paxtahero Hi, Thank you for your interest. I took photos of the bag to post and then placed it in a closet for storage. That was a while ago. When I get home tonight, I will look at the bag to make sure the photos still accurately represent the current condition. Thanks again.

shadow34 Hello- I received my handbag. I took the tags off and tried to connect the long strap to the bag. The one side is broken and will not be able to connect. I need to return this handbag. I never carried it. It still is in the same condition brand new. Please let me know where to return this handbag. I am very sorry that I have to return this. Thank you, Analee Craig

gramielili @shadow34 Hi, I’m confused about the strap not attaching to the bag. The bag is new with tags, the strap was never taken out of the wrapping. I just looked at the photos in the listing, the snaps are both in tact on the additional strap. Both rings on the bag are also visible. I’m not sure about a return because I have never had a problem with an item before. You may need to contact Poshmark directly about their return policy.

shadow34 Hi again- I would like to clear up any confusion. The strap is broken at the end of the strap where it clips into the loop in the purse. This area is not visible in the picture shown on the poshmark site. I took pictures of this problem. I will send them if you want. I will be contacting poshmark for assistance if we cannot work this situation out. I am very sorry about this. I do hope to work this out with you. thank you for your time and understanding. Analee

gramielili @shadow34 Hi, Again, I am not aware of any issue with the bag. You mentioned photos of a broken strap. I would encourage you to share those with Poshmark. I know they give you three days from delivery to thoroughly inspect an item. Since it is after that time, I would prefer to operate within the guidelines set by Poshmark, Thank you.
