dollface86 @jenniferrlee @myin2828 Laura this is cute!! I don't know if you ladies have noticed this for yourself yet, but I've been having some issues with the whole rating system. My customers are deducting points off of my orders for defects on items that have been clearly stated in the info box with pics & the price has been greatly reduced. They don't take the time to read the information about the item before purchasing & then they give me a low score. I'm wondering if there is something I can do to get people to stop doing this. What do you think? It's been pretty discouraging 😣

myin2828 @dollface86 @jenniferrlee stacy, sorry to hear that. customers should read thoroughly. i read somewhere that if the rate is given mistakenly or you think it's not right, you can message PM and let them know about it and they will resolve the problem. if i find the info, i'll tag you. cheer up my friend. you still have great items and prices, and many loyal returning customers. that tells ppl how great your closet is ^_^.. don't worry too much over it.

jenniferrlee @dollface86 @myin2828 Yikes Stacy, so sorry to hear about your customers lately 🙈🙈🙈 No, I haven't sold anything to even get rated yet but I can imagine how frustrating this must be for you 😕 I agree with Laura says, maybe you can talk to PM about the lower points thing. I don't think it's fair for the sellers and only allows the buyers complete control. Try to cheer up & let it not bother you too much 👯👯👯 Get some rest & a relaxing night! 💆

dollface86 @jenniferrlee thanks Jen!😘 I totally agree with you btw. I just feel like the ball is totally in the buyers court as far as ratings go. On other sites they allow you to rate the buyer too, & I think that if they allowed that on this site, there would be less thoughtless ratings happening because they can get rated right back. Maybe I will try sending an email suggesting this. I'm going to go on a jog now ttyl my PFFs!😘😘

myin2828 @dollface86 @jenniferrlee i just taged you both on the rating post. i was unable to find it thru the web nor the app. but i remember reading it in Clara's closet so i tagged you guys there. it says that sellers cannot appeal. but i think it's good to send PM a message about the flaw of this rating system. unlike V both buyer and seller are able to rate each other. Give it a try and see what they say. and stacy, i hope after jogging you feel better. no matter what we will support you 100%! and please don't let it bother you okay girlie..SMILE ^_^

dollface86 @myin2828 @jenniferrlee thanks for tagging me in that Laura 😘😘 they expect buyers to be fair, but unfortunately if you get a couple of immature buyers who don't take the time to look at what they are purchasing & then knock off points from the product because they didn't bother reading the info it's going to affect your overall score. So even if you are a buyer who puts tons of effort into your purchase your score will not reflect it, especially if you don't have a lot of sales. I think the system is definitely flawed 😕 I had a person interested in buying a sweater I had marked down recently & I asked them if they saw that it had loose threads & they hadn't even bothered to read the info yet, so I guess if posh doesn't fix this I just have to be super choosy about what I will add in my closet, even if I was selling the flawed items for super great prices before. Kinda sucks but ohh well...but thanks PFFs 💕💕 I won't let it get to me too much.

myin2828 @dollface86 @jenniferrlee Stacy, the system definitely has flaw😵. Hope they realize it asap and give seller an option to appeal or fix the solution. Stacy, remember the white flowy blouse i have in my closet? It was sold awhile back and it had little stains on it. I thought the buyer already read about it and still decide to purchase if. But my instinct told me that she didn't so i comment on it and make sure she knew about it before i ship it. After couple of hours she comment that she didn't know about and the order was canceled. So most don't read description 😵.

dollface86 @jenniferrlee that sucks about the white shirt Laura 😕 I think you are absolutely right about people not reading the description, most of my customers who have given lower scores clearly didn't read the description. I guess I just get frustrated because on the post you tagged me in, it says that they expect buyers to be fair. But when someone impulse buys an item without even taking time to check it out, they are probably going to impulsively rate you low as well when they discover the flaw, and that's totally not fair, especially when you actually put an effort into your orders..,💎Grrrrr...🐯💢💢 lol ok I'm done ranting 😆😆😆 thanks PFFs for bearing with me 🙈🙈🙈 time to sing ✨🎤let it go let it go🎶🎶

jenniferrlee @dollface86 @myin2828 Sorry ladies for the late reply, I'm meeting up with my family for lunch tomorrow for an early bday celebration for my sis since my brother is leaving for med school tmrw night so I was preparing some food for them 😕 Ok, after reading through the posts, I totally think most people do not read the description of what they're buying. It's like when you buy a house or a car, do they actually read all the ppwk they are signing?? 🙈 After the situation I had about the necklaces, if I have any pre-loved items, I double check with the buyer after they have purchased the item if they are aware of the condition & go from there to see if they would still like me to ship it, or if they would like to cancel the order. I know it's a lot more work, but perhaps it'll help with your rating? Stacy, let us know what PM says if you decide to write to them. Do you think this affects our status with them?? In my opinion I think this system does more harm than good.

I'm glad you're getting use to the party excitement.. the roller coaster is only half way thru..the climax is when the theme will announce and the party day ^_^. I got my quote from the google search. I typed fashion quotes and there are a whole bunch you can select from ^_^. and what I did was I typed the quote and my comment on Microsoft Word so I can copy and paste the quote for my picks. and then share it to the party. So you might need 2 devices to help you. I used 2 laptops..Lol.. one for me to share my picks on and the other to monitor the host pick party room. ^_^ lmk if you have other questions ^_^

There's one that just opened by my house but is in a weird shopping center but is nearby a rec center & high school. Ooh I totally think your hubby needs to open up his own business. It's easy getting a SBA (Small Business Loan) through the bank w a Yogurtland since most of the financials & paperwork are already streamlined. What type of clinic is he thinking of opening? The apps i use are studio, photo grid, and phonto. You can play around with the apps and hope they will give the effects you like😊 hope this help😊

I balance my poshmark account regularly to make sure the balance us congruent with what I should get paid, if there was an extra payment I shouldn't have been paid I would have seen it. myin2828 @dollface86 OMG PFF.. ask Poshmark to resend the email that they claimed they had sent out to notify you about a debit. So you're saying that you have one big order and since it was heavy, you made it into 2 boxes but using the same shipping label? or are you saying that the order was too big so you made 2 orders for customers to purchase? Thus causing Poshmark confusions?Well all transactions have their own individual #. So you can ask them which transaction this debit was deducted from.

myin2828 @dollface86 If customer purchase 2 orders/transactions, you should get 2 labels. 1 label per transaction. And the tracking # is different too. So they have records on that according to the order # from the transactions. Hope you get this solve. Because I hate when you work so hard on the order and you're not getting your full money back. it sucks.
